All course fees are payable in AUD unless otherwise stated and must be paid before attendance. Prices may change without notice. You are responsible for any bank fees, conversion costs, or transaction charges applied by your financial institution or payment provider.

3.Intellectual Property

All course materials, including manuals, handouts, videos, and training content, are the intellectual property of VisceroLymph™ Australia or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or share any materials without our prior written consent.

4.Personal Safety and Liability

By attending an event, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own physical wellbeing and agree to work within your limits. VisceroLymph™ Australia, its instructors, and representatives are not liable for injuries, accidents, or undesirable effects arising from venue conditions or third-party equipment. If you bring your own equipment, such as a treatment table, you accept responsibility for its safe use.

5.Behaviour and Conduct

We are committed to providing a safe, respectful learning environment. Inappropriate or unsafe behaviour by any participant, staff member, or third party should be reported immediately. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a course if their behaviour is disruptive or jeopardises safety, without entitlement to a refund where misconduct is involved.

6.Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations, transfers, and refunds are managed in accordance with our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
