This Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, transfers, and refunds are handled for workshops, training programs, and digital products offered by VisceroLymph™ Australia.

 

1. Participant Cancellations – In-Person and Online Events

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled event date may be eligible for a full refund, less any transaction or bank fees that cannot be recovered, or a transfer to another available course date. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are not eligible for a refund. However, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional charge by notifying us in writing before the event starts. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.

 

2. Cancellations or Changes by VisceroLymph™ Australia

We reserve the right to reschedule events, change instructors, modify venues, or shift from in-person to online delivery where appropriate. If an event is cancelled by us and no suitable alternative date or format is available, you may choose either a full refund or a transfer of your fee to another course.

 

3. Digital Products

All sales of digital products, including downloadable manuals, recordings, or online content, are final once access has been granted. Due to the nature of digital delivery, we cannot offer refunds for these items.

 

4.Payment Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring payment reaches us in full, including any transaction charges, currency conversion fees, or international transfer costs imposed by your bank or payment provider.

 

5. Incorrect or Duplicate Bookings

If you believe you have made an incorrect or duplicate booking, please contact us within 24 hours. We will review the situation and may, at our discretion, offer a correction, transfer, or partial refund where appropriate and where access to materials has not yet been used.

 

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution, but typically take 5–10 business days once the refund has been issued by us.
